Fee: $850 ($650 if you are already certified to verify projects under the Mexico or Guatemala Forest Protocols and only attending the first day of the course)

This course should be taken by any verifier interested in providing Lead Verifier or Senior Internal Reviewer services for projects under the Mexico Forest Protocol V3.0, Guatemala Forest Protocol, and/or Panama Forest Protocol. The course will be held in Spanish.

The training costs 850 USD per person for both days to comply with the Reserve’s training requirement. To receive a certificate to verify projects under the Mexico, Guatemala, and Panama Protocols, you must attend both days of training, submit homework, and pass the exam. For more requirements on how to become a lead verifier, please consult Verification Program Manual.

If you are already certified to verify projects under the Mexico and/or Guatemala Forest Protocols and wish to verify projects under one or more of the other covered jurisdictions (i.e. Panama, Guatemala, or Mexico), you may choose to attend only the first day of the course (November 4), in addition to completing homework and passing the exam. The fee for this option is 650 USD.

Upon completion of the above, course preparation materials, homework and exam information will be shared.
