The Reserve has released the draft Mexico Landfill Protocol Version 2.0 under its carbon offset program for public review and comment. In this public comment webinar, the Reserve will provide an overview of the revised guidance for eligibility, quantification, project monitoring, and reporting and verification cycles, including updating the Performance Standard Test, updating baseline and project calculations, requirements for indirect monitoring alternatives, and allowing for additional reporting and verification cycles, amongst other revisions. Following the overview there will be a Q&A session and an opportunity to provide public comment on the methodology.
