The course will be held in Spanish. \nThe training is scheduled for May 28-29\, from 7:00 am – 3:00 pm PT (8:00 am – 4:00 pm Mexico City and Guatemala time | 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Panama time) on both days. The U.S. and Canada Biochar Protocol supports activities that divert biomass from business-as-usual uses\, convert it into biochar\, and apply it in ways that ensure long-term carbon storage. This initiative mobilizes capital for climate projects\, engages communities\, and achieves significant global GHG reductions. \nJoin us in this webinar featuring the Reserve’s very own Jon Remucal\, Director of Nature-Based Solutions\, and Marissa Spence\, Forest Manager\, as they delve into the process of quantifying\, monitoring\, reporting\, and verifying the climate benefits of biochar production and use.
